With use of other electronic components, this unit will be able to power other small devices that have a low power consumption. Because of this change in the electric field, the piezoelectric material produces an output electric power. This rearrangement causes a change in the dipole density and therefore a change in the electric field between the dipoles.

The current is distributed using (radio-frequency identification) RFID cards so that only an authorized person can use the generator for charging. Also, it consists of a USB mobile phone charging point where a user may connect cables to charge the mobile phone from the battery charge. It also displays the charge generated by our footstep and displays it on an LCD. The circuit is the microcontroller based monitoring circuit that allows users to monitor the charges and voltage a connected battery to it and this power source has many applications. This is then forwarded to our monitoring circuitry. To generate maximum output voltage the sensors are placed in such an arrangement. To generate a voltage from footstep the piezo sensors are mounted below the platform.

The control mechanism carries piezoelectric sensor, this mechanical energy applied on the crystal into electrical energy. When people walk on the steps or that of platform, power is generated by using weight of person. This system can be installed at homes, schools, colleges, where the people move around the clock. The generated power will be stored and then we can use it for domestic purpose. Power can be generated by walking on the stairs. In this project we are doing generation of power by walking or running. Among these human population is one of the resources. Now-a-days numbers of power sources are present, non-renewable & renewable, but still we can't overcome our power needs. The footstep Power generation and its use is one of the issues.
